FALC (Easy to Read and Understand)
Hearing impairment
When you're at one of our 3 ticket offices in Lanvollon, Plouha or Châtelaudren-Plouagat, you'll be able to talk easily thanks to a magnetic loop, or a handset if you don't have a hearing aid.
When you book one of our guided tours, you can also reserve a portable magnetic loop so that our colleagues can equip themselves with a microphone and take with them the small equipment that will enable you to understand like everyone else.
